The location of the hotel is fantastic, being near the train station and in the heart of Berlin. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the hotel staff is friendly, and they are always ready to assist. the breakfast offers a good selection and is a great start to the day.
The cleaning personnel can be a bit intrusive, entering the room without prior notice.

I arrived late in the evening and was actually surprised to find that my room had a great view of Alexanderplatz. The shower in the room was fantastic, providing a refreshing start to my day. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major transport hubs. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was fantastic, being very close to the metro station and train stop. It was also just a short distance from the city center and Alexanderplatz. The service here was excellent, with a helpful and friendly staff on the reception desk. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. I also appreciated the in-room safe and the free toiletries provided. The hotel had a lovely dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area where I could relax after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV in the room were great for entertainment. this venue provided excellent comfort and quality services.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, a relief since my German is poor. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy walking distance to most tourist spots and German markets. It was also great for public transport, as the underground and train station were just a short walk away.
For us, it was ideal.
